In short: we collect the minimum data required to process payments, run compliance and risk-assessment checks, and operate the affiliate program; we never sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing.
Funds settle directly to your wallet — Cryptoway does not custody customer crypto. Personally-identifiable data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), with HMAC-signed webhooks for integrity.
You can request a copy of any data we hold on you, or request deletion, by emailing the privacy team. Affiliate payout records are retained for tax and compliance reporting.
